What do you need from me to get started? +
Just a product reference image. A clean photo, product render, or even packaging shot is enough for us to extract all the dimensional, material, and color data we need. From there, we handle all creative direction, scene building, and production.
How do you guarantee product accuracy? +
Every image goes through a multi-stage product accuracy review before delivery. We verify logo placement, proportions, color accuracy, material realism, and brand compliance. If anything doesn't match your product exactly, we revise until it does.
Can I change my plan as my brand grows? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or customize your plan at any time. Many brands start on Essentials to test the output quality, then move to Studio or Pro as they scale their catalog. We'll work with you to find the right fit.
What formats are included in each plan? +
Essentials includes three standard formats: square (1:1) for Instagram, 4:5 for Amazon listings, and 16:9 for web. Studio and above include all major platform formats including stories (9:16), banners (3:1), and print-ready files. Pro and Enterprise include custom ratio requests.
Is this real photography or AI generation? +
Neither — and both. BGDS Darkroom is a commercial production studio that uses advanced AI imaging tools as part of a human-directed creative workflow. The output is commercial-grade campaign photography. The difference from "AI generation" is creative direction, product accuracy, and campaign cohesion — things no tool produces automatically.
How many revisions do I get? +
Studio, Pro, and Enterprise plans include unlimited revision rounds. Essentials includes one revision round per month. In practice, most clients are satisfied after initial delivery or a single revision — our creative direction process is thorough enough to get it right the first time.
Do you offer one-time projects (no subscription)? +
Yes. We offer one-time campaign packages for brand launches, seasonal releases, and single-product needs. Contact us with your brief and we'll send a custom proposal. Subscription plans are recommended for brands that need ongoing visual production.
What industries do you work with? +
